This ensures that your email provider recognises our messages as safe and delivers them to your inbox. -
Check your spam/junk folder.
If you find any emails from us there, please mark them as “Not Spam” to redirect future emails to your inbox. -
Review your email filter settings.
Some filters might unintentionally block our emails. Check your settings and ensure that extranet (val, H2K, UTD …) are allowed.
