The revised Air Quality Directive adopted on October 14, 2024, has now been published in the Official Journal OJ L, 2024/2881, 20.11.2024 November 2024 under the reference EU 2024/2881 (also in ‘Legal aspects‘). This directive will enter into force on the twentieth day after its publication date (i.e. 10 December 2024).
